Interview
After taking a virtual test on-line, I was contacted by a zip staffing agent and asked to come in for an interview/information session. I went in and was met by a very friendly woman who showed me the different things on their website. She proceeded to give me detailed information about the company and their philosophy. Towards the end of our conversation she showed me the training schedule, commision splits, and perks of the company. She offered me a job with zip upon completion of my license. Overall, this seems to be a very friendly and upfront company.

Interview
Short, they were in a hurry of you to sign with them, they make you believe that they are going to give you good leads. Not true. just bad company, just bad company, not helpful, no supportive, make you feel there is some sort of racism. Just how they make you feel.

Interview
The Broker In Charge of the location brought me in to interview me, then provided me with an opportunity to interview him; because when one works in real estate, the interview process is as much for the prospective employee (or independent contractor) as it is for the company. This is to ensure the best possible fit for all concerned.
