Interview Details –
Took an aptitude test with a bunch of guys. Cleared it easily. They took almost 2 weeks for the result.
They called me for the interview. Went there. The manager interviewed me asking me about my project details and current job role. Then another lead interviewed me with basic puzzle solving and programming.
Work Culture is good in here. Pretty casual not adhering to processes for everything unlike my previous company. No dress code unlike my previous company. And its a product company which would give me more independence on the work. So I was ok with it and accepted the offer.
Interview Questions
- asked me to write some programs about Finance problems View Answer
- C language memory related questions View Answer
Negotiation Details – I wanted to moved out of my previous job as I was not interested in it. So I didn't negotiate much.. I pretty much okayed whatever they gave me.
