The process had three parts: The first part was between my prospective line manager (business unit manager) and me, with HR sitting by, the second part was only with HR, consisting of some kind of psychological profiling. The third part was again only with HR, giving me feedback on their assessment. I liked that very much because like this it's not just a ony-way thing, and regardless of having declined their offer, I got something back. The first part was mainly about introducing the compary, the unit and the challenges they have and what my future work would have been.

Reason for Declining
I wanted 140k CHF and they only offered 135k CHF. Problem was, that my so-called "staffing agency" had deliberately communicated an expectation of 130k although I had clearly stated my requirement of 140k+.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Personality Test.

Past Project Management Experience, including behavioral questions, followed by case-questions. I had 2 interview rounds. First interview was with 2 senior manager and the second round was with 4 employees working in the same area.
