I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Zurich North America in November 2009.
Interview Details – Recruiter called and set up a phone interview. I would study up on the company before you do the interview, obviously. I spoke to people who previously had the job and it sounded like a nitemare -- too many files, too little time. The recruiter was honest: she said you'll handle 200 files and it will be quite challenging. That their process was to get you up to speed as quickly as possible.
Asked decent, honest questions about my experience. I don't recall any specific questions or trick questions.
I thought the interview went well so was surprised that I did not make the next step to get an interview in the office, however, it was for the best as I was not too keen on the position and probably wouldn't have accepted an offer either way. It is possible the recruiter guessed I wasn't too interested.
Interview Question – Don't recall. Nothing specific. Answer Question
