I applied through a recruiter and the process took a day - interviewed at Zydus Cadila in June 2010.

Interview Details – First I got Call from the HR that they w'll got my resume from recruiter and selected for the interview, at the one interview (5 person in panel). i was not selected but after a month I received call again that I was again selected for the interview at that time 2 technical followed by 1 interview with V.P. and finally H.R.

Interview Question – At the time of interview they will check how you will handle the bottleneck if any problem arises in the process line, and some question related to pharma sectors.   Answer Question

Interview Details – There was a personal interview round and the written test for my profile. Being a PGDM student the interviewer did not ask me marketing concepts in detail but they ask abt the company and about the profile and how I am suitable for this job etc. My over all experience of the recruitment process was good.
