There was an initial phone interview followed by a series of 1 on 1 interviews with programmers giving programming puzzles. Examples include writing code to perform a binary search, determining max depth in a binary tree, etc.
Interview Questions
How do you find the max depth of a binary tree?
Reason for Declining
Job requires long hours and the position doesn't fit well with my personal interests.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
