It took about 2 weeks to get back to me .Generally the interview was very casual and relaxed we discussed more about the job requirments and how my skills and past experience meets the job requirments.Had a chance to ask few questions and that was it

Extremely thorough and long process. In order to get the job you must pass 5 interviews (from the phone interview with a recruiter all the way to a skype interview with the head of retail). The people interviewing overall are very nice. My skype interview crashed halfway through so that did throw me off but overall it was a positive experience.

The adidas HR team was friendly in their outreach, and helpful in explaining the interview process from the beginning. I was not in the city of the HQ offices, so most of my interviews were over the phone, first with HR and then the hiring manager. I did make it into the final three, and had a series of group interviews in the HQ offices in Portland, Oregon. (The campus is beautiful!) The team really knows their stuff and was not afraid to ask tough questions and provide relevant examples of what they were working on at the time. Enjoyed the process, despite not getting the offer.

Initial contact by HR for a Design Task. completed the task and 2 weeks later received a phone call from HR inviting me to fly out for an onsite interview at global headquarters. The interview consisted of Head of design category and HR representative of which I was to present the design task set and portfolio.

My College sent my CV to the company under request and I was contacted by them for a Skype interview.
It lasted more than an hour and the interview was smooth, relaxed.
They asked me to explain my CV, then they told me what the job would be like, what they were looking for, and some fairs that were taking place soon.
After that they also asked me whether I had been in Adidas stores yet (they advise you to do so when they set the interview) and they ask you questions about it.
