“All questions were very open ended which allowed me to share my experiences and stories with the interviewer. Some questions were skill and level specific. Some questions were about my recent and past experiences pertaining to the retail/fashion industry. I was also allowed the opprotunity to speak passionately about what I'd hope to learn from the job and why I wanted to position and what I could bring to the table. It was a variety of questions and some overlap since you interview with four different people back to back.” |
