Interviewed Feb 2012 in Salt Lake City, UT (took 3 weeks)
Recruiter reached out to me very next day of my application (through employee referral)
I had a phone screening and then 4 phone interviews with different people. But, the process itself was lousy. They rescheduled my interview meetings several times. 1 interviewer just did not show up on phone and later rescheduled. Another director was 20 mins late to the interview. (yes, I was holding the line for 20 mins)
After all these interviews, they told me that they were interested but, are no longer planning to fill up the position at this time and provided me no other feedback. Just wasted my time!

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Draper, UT (took 2 days)
The recruiter reached out to me to ask screen type questions. Then I did a phone interview with the hiring supervisor. Then I came on-site for the face-to-face. During that interview I met with 3 people in person followed by 3 people via phone, all were 1 at a time. Basic interview questions were covered along with resume review. I offered real examples of past projects and outcomes in print and in email. That certainly helped seal the deal. No offer or acceptance was extended during the interview.

Negotiation Details
I turned down the 1st and 2nd offers, as my current (at the time) job was willing to offer more. Once I knew eBay wanted me, I shared that with my current employer and asked what they were willing to do to keep me. In the end, eBay's offer was sweeter.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Salt Lake City, UT (took 1+ week)
I was contacted on LinkedIn to consider the role. It went rather quickly as they were wanting to fill the role as soon as possible. The group I was joining was in some level need for process and tools updates in order to adopt some best practices.

Interviewed May 2010 in Draper, UT (took 2 weeks)
I attended an open house and waited 45-60 minutes for my turn to meet with a recruiter. The recruiter basically wanted to know what my experience was with working with customers, what type of customer service experience and for how long. They were looking for at least two years of customer service experience, whether it's face to face or telephone experience, it didn't seem to matter. After they determined that I had the two years of customer service experience, they scheduled a time for me to come back for an interview. Two-five days later I came back and they had me take their skills test which consisted of clearing cache and cookies and being able to make different search engines the main page and then a typing/accuracy test. If you pass that you get a 1:1 interview. They are looking for employees that regularly buy and sell on eBay. The people that work there are a bit like hippies with lots of tatoos. Its a great place to work if you don't mind working weekends, holidays and night shifts. It's difficult to alway have Monday-Friday day shifts. Typically they lure you in with a great shift then once you've been there a year they give you a crappy shift. Their management has favorites and if your a favorite you've got it made.

Negotiation Details
There was no negotiation, this is what they paid. As far as the preferred shift, they did promise a day shift with the disclosure that it could change.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Salt Lake City, UT (took 2 months)
Initially contacted by a recruiter in October. They are extremely slow, zero follow up and couldn't make a decision. I was if anything overqualified for the position. Conducted 1 hour video conf interview w very uninsightful questions. Finally after multiple emails regarding status, said they were looking for more " industry specific" experience - ie someone from the West Coast who wears flip flops. That was a relief!
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview.
