Just went through questions on shortcuts of Excel, Details on the working for the Previous Organisation
Negotiation Details
Was not able to negotiate as per my standards. Try to negotiate as per your qualification or else you will be dragged onto a process with no Promotions & excess work. HR department are not interested in employee's career, they are just focused on achieving their targets.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.

It was just a telephonic interview with a little bit of stress on Statistics knowledge. It started with basic details about the education background, current job. Then some questions related to process. Afterwards, most of the time was devoted on stats basics and then a few puzzles to check the analytical ability of the person.

Very unpleasant experience. After several rounds of unprofessionally organised interviews,spread over a period of two weeks or so, I was told I am selected and will be made an offer. Then began a long wait in anticipation for the offer to come in and after hearing several very uncharacteristic excuses from the eClerx team during this period,with regards to the delay in churning out the offer letter, one day they simply went incommunicado and stopped responding to my emails or calls. The least, I believe a self respecting organisation can do, is have the professional courtesy to inform a candidate that they cannot hire him/her, for whatever the reason, specially after committing to having him/her on board.I was shocked at this kind of treatment coming from a multi-national organisation.

Interview was taken by a panel for atleast an hour asking me all details on background & projects undertaken by me in my college. Example on miscommunication was also asked to me for which i had to give examples. They also asked me about the lic projects which was done by me.

it was a standard campus placement process but with a twist. the first round was a group task where the participants were divided into two groups and were asked to do a role play. the second round was a modified word association exercise where different people were given different words they were asked to draw the words on the board and everyone was to guess the news story published in todays newspaper. the final round was a regular panel interview which mostly consisted of situation response questions.

Company contacted me via phone and emailed the details of positions opened. Tehn an initial round of Aptitude was taken following by an general HR screening round.
After getting through the initial round, on the very next day an Technical round of interview was scheduled with the Senior Process Manager.

There were three rounds of interview.
1. An one on one face interview. It was a simple chit-chat session in which they just check your confidence level & personality. After that we were given a topic & we were made write an essoy on that topic. Again for this lots of content is not required but the way of presentation & language should be correct.
2. An aptitude tesk consisting of 3 sections of 5 questions each. An english section, an easy mathematical ability section & an excel knowledge section (for this section read all the basic keyboard shortcuts for excel & names of different parts of an excel window like formula bar, status bar etc..)
3. After that again on on one hr or you can say technical round (which wasnt either of these for me at least).
In this they check your aptitude test paper & will ask you some easy puzzles to you. I was given a find 6 difference from two pictures test which i did very easily. After that formal introduction & some chitchat. Hobboies and all & i was selected. :)
