Very Easy Interview
I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 days - interviewed at eClerx in October 2013.
Interview Details – There would be three rounds of interview..
The FIRST round is an APTITUDE test... Here u will be asked questions on HTML,XML & Verbal English.
The Second round is an HR TECHNICAL round... Here u will be asked basic question on HTML, CSS & XML.
The Third round is Manager Round... Here the manager will ask u question regarding HTML, XML. Questions on ur past projects will be asked. Also he would be mentioning you to sign a bond. It is advised to say YES.
Interview Question – Questions are not that difficult with respect to technical. But in the manager round, the manager would be testing u by asking tricky questions. He just wants to see whether you are interested in working with them for a long period or short period of time.
Work on your XML part. In aptitude lots of tricky XML questions are asked. Answer Question

1st Round: Computer Basic Test (Easy)
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
All objective, based on MS office, short-cut keys, etc.
2nd Round: Technical Interview cum HR (Easy)
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Asked simple Question on MS Office. But, main focus is on Excel formula.
What is Vlookup and Hlookup and write the same for the give table.
3rd Round: HR Interview (easy)
Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
They told me reach at their Ghatkopar Office from Airoli within 1Hr.
HR goes through the CV and ask on the technology the is mentioned there but main focus is on database.
Asked me to write a query to create view for the table,
What are different type of joints? explain it.
All the rounds were simple and easy.
If asked any technical question support your ans with an example.
Be truth full when you don't know the answer to any question.
VlookUp and HlookUp formula is very important.
Interview Question – In second round the HR asked about VlookUp and HlookUp.
After answering her question she had a sample table and told me to write the formula for that table. Answer Question
Reason for Declining – I declined the offer due to personal reasons.

3 Technical round - Qs on Inflation, WPI, CPI, CRR, SLR, Derivative- Futures , forwards Summer internship
I applied through an employee referral and the process took 1 week - interviewed at eClerx.
Interview Details – I was selected through employee referral and strong academic background. I was interviewed by an HR and then by department head who didn't ask me a word about my subject knowledge but asked me things stemming from parental background.
It was frustrating to say the least.

Negotiation Details – They are rigid when it comes to negotiations with freshers.
They will not negotiate at all.

Negotiation Details – no scope for negotiation if you are fresher..
