I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 months - interviewed at ePlus in July 2008.
Interview Details – There were a series of three interviews. The first was an over the phone interview to discuss the position at a high level coupled with arrangement for further discussions. The second interview was a face to face with management to discuss typical things such as pay, benefits, hours, role and general capacity to function in a professional client facing manner. The third part of the interview was technical component and involved simple Q&A with a current engineer at the company and was rather informal.
Negotiation Details – Negotiations were straight forward. HR is a little on the slow side, however. Expect to wait a month or more for an offer letter after verbally accepting a position unless there is a dire need.
