Interview Details – The store manager was very friendly and showed a passion for the company. He and I had allot in common and the interview felt like new friends getting to know each other. He was honest about the up pro and con's of the company and made no promises of huge commissions or guaranteed advancement. The formatted Interview questions were simple.
