having a good knowledge of customer service from previous jobs, and working in customer satisfaction field for more than 25 years, and working with teams, gives you a good background for this job

customers are people first,with real lives and real problems. They need to be able to come to a place where they can enjoy their experience. I would say that requires smiles on faces, warm greetings and a genuine desire to assist them with anything while seeing to it that they are treated with favor and respect.
