Interviewed Dec 2011 in San Francisco, CA (took 2 weeks)
I got calls from their corporate recruiters at different times. For the last one in December 2011, I decided to have interviews with them. I had 2 group interviews, one 1:1 interview and skills test. Interview questions were from odd thought process questions to your work related. I found group interviews were nerve racking because I couldn't get a sense of having personal connection with any of the interviewers on the panel. It was my first interviews for a long time, and totally felt that I needed more practice. The skill test was relatively easy.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Dallas, TX (took 1 week)
I found this position on Glassdoor and applied through iCrossing's website. I was contacted within 5 days via e-mail. A phone interview was arranged.
The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. General questions like -- "Walk me through your resume?" "Why search engine marketing?" "How would you describe search engine marketing to a client?" "How comfortable are you with Excel?"
A week later I received a call to setup an in-person interview in the Dallas office. At that interview I first had a 1:1 interview with the team leader to see if the position was a match and if I was qualified. Then I interviewed with two junior team members on what the specifics of the job were. They were very candid and walked me through what it was like working at iCrossing.
Then a basic math test was administered. It was basically ACT/SAT math. They said they were interested in my thought process so I wrote down all the steps to each problem. I do not know how I did, but I did receive an offer.
All in all the entire process was very professional and courteous. If it had not been, I would not of taken the job.

A reasonable interview process, I liked the people there. Normally, I don't submit good news as a review, but I liked the people there.

Interviewed May 2011 in New York, NY (took 3 weeks)
Had a phone interview with recruiter first. Then had to go into the office for in person interview. First I met with a group of three media managers. Then I had to take a skills test - it was basic math problems. Then I met with the account director. The questions were basic interview questions - tell me about a time you had to be analytical, what are your strengths/weaknesses, etc

Interviewed Apr 2011 in New York, NY (took 3 days)
This was my first interview while I was finishing up my last semester of college, so being able to communicate over the phone was a bit new to me. Asked about my background, why I was interested in the position, and what would be my ideal management style. I thought that the interviewer was very nice and I thought that I did a reasonably good job at explaining myself and what I was looking for, but the question about what do you look for in the management of the company you work for was a bit difficult.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Phoenix, AZ (took 2 weeks)
After an initial phone screening, I was referred for a more extensive phone interview. After that I was invited to come into the office for an interview with three people. The questions were typical interview questions ("Tell me about a time..," "How do you keep yourself organized...," etc.). Following the interview the interviewers left the room and I took a written skills test consisting of math and marketing type questions.

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took a day)
The recruiter I dealt with on the phone and over email was fine, but my in-person interview was a whole other experience.
First, the 'head' interviewer showed up late to the interview, and I wasn't even sure he had read my resume (he said he had printer problems and requested a copy from me).
Second, I received conflicting information from employees I interviewed with. I noticed that the position I applied to appeared 'open' on the website over the past few months. Possible high turnover?? According to my phone interview, no, this was not the case. According to my in-person group #1, there WAS some turnover. According to my in-person group #2? Well, there was just a lot of blank faces and strange eye glances.
Third, I asked my in-person interviewers what major achievements the department had made in the past 3 months. One group didn't answer and just said "Good question," and another group told me, "No hard questions!"
The position was obviously not for me, and the next morning I received a rejection email from HR.
I breathed a sigh of relief.
