The initial communications were fairly straight forward and the responsive. The interview was scheduled after a review of the resume by the department manager. The manager instructed the HR to schedule interviews and later with the communications.
I was quizzed all my experiences including college projects.

Just had a very normal telephonic session, asked a few questions about SDLC cycles, testing process, Reports, previous project experieneces. Though I was in campus I was not given a 1:1 session. I was expecting something more technical for the position offered but was mildly surprised to see tha they just had to fill positions, knowledge exist or not did not matter.

Two Technical rounds are conduted.asked various questions on .Net,oops,Asp.Net,Sql server.
I was through in the two rounds.But rejected in the Hr round.

Interview was very professionally handled by the company did not make us wait unnecessarily. consisted of 3 rounds written, tech round and HR round. i was asked all basic questions in c , c++ and java. HR were very friendly. On the whole a good session.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
There were 2 technical rounds. First round was an exhaustive one, which took more than an hour. In that everything from detailed SDLC processes, questions on each technology worked on. COBOL, JCL,DB2, VSAM, etc
Second round was short. A technical one again. Almost the same logics have been tested.
LAst round was HR round. I didn't like the way the HR posed his questions. Was a boring one.
