Interviewed Nov 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
it was sunday.
we were called at 10 am our 1st round was at 5 pm (written)
2nd round f2f technical
3rd round hr (the moment I told him my package and my expectation his face turned pale and he asked me for another round of technical interview)
4th round technical f2f again-the guy was happy but told me that they wont give you what you asked for here the salary is very less
They told me to wait for my offer letter for 3 hrs (now it was 10 pm) then they come and tell me that they will mail me the offer.
7 Days have passed there has been no response. They should specify their upper limit of package in the interview call letter itself. If as a 3 yrs exp developer you are happy with 5-5.5 L p.a go ahead u will get selected in this company.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 5 days)
I was applying for the post of a project manager. First I got a call from the HR and later by the associate VP of the company. The questions were purely management questions.
I was asked about Fixed price modeling, Time and Material Model.
About the Waterfall Model of SDLC, Prototyping.
How would you keep your employees happy? How would you convince a client about a certain product or architecture?
What are the estimation techniques you would use?
How would you mitigate risk?

Interviewed Dec 2009 (took 4+ weeks)
incompetent management, HR to top exec. Unaware or ignorant of US employement regulations or basic ethical standards and common sence practices.
Asked me how I felt not being from India! I am also not from Germany, not from China and 100+ other countries and I think I'm fine!
I was told that every applicant is expected to prepare a presentation. If you are asked to do it - be aware: it's a wate of your time, if not worse.

Interviewed Sep 2007 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
Office and work culture is good. For a person with 5-6 years of exp has a lot of opportunities to grow. Lots of training during job which helps u to polish your skills. If u leave few projects, overall average work pressure. I could not find any negative thing here. Not bad for working 2-3 years :)
