Interviewed Jan 2012 in Chicago, IL (took 3 weeks)
Very unprofessional HR staff.
I applied online and received an email from HR requesting my availability for a phone screen. The email indicated the call would be in the next 2-3 days but after replying within an hour I didn't hear back for about a week.
The initial call was very straightforward with questions about my background, confirmation of my skills applicable to the job, basic strength/weakness-type interview questions, etc. The HR rep said I was a good fit for the position and would be hearing from a recruiter the next day to schedule a full phone interview -- if I didn't hear from the recruiter in 2 days I was told to contact the HR rep who would be sure I got a follow up from the recruiter. Two and a half weeks later, I have neither heard form the recruiter nor had any of my calls or emails to the HR rep returned.
If this is how they represent themselves to applicants, I'm not sure I want to see how they treat employees.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in San Francisco, CA (took 5 weeks)
One of the most unprofessional HR staffs I have ever encountered. She was horrible at communicating and would ask for my availability for a phone interview, but never respond. The interview process was not particularly difficult, but the recruiter sounded robotic and apathetic. Overall, I was apalled by the lack of professionalism of iProspect's HR/recruiting team.

Reason for Declining
Considering the fact that I applied for a position in HR and how unprofessional they were, I did not want to have any part in such a subpar department.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Boston, MA (took 1 week)
I was contacted by their recruiter who had remembered me from a year before when I had applied for a position. I was very flattered that she remembered. We talked a bit about what I was looking for and which roles my experience would fit best in. The following week I came in to meet 4 account directors and managers, one at a time and from two different teams. Each interview took maybe 30 minutes so plan accordingly.
I was quickly briefed on the interview process, how managers are trained not to look at your experience but more the fact if you would be a good fit for the company. I've interviewed plenty of people and no amount of training can give you the instinct to know if someone would be a good fit personality-wise, but this was the only downer for me really.
Everyone with whom I met was great! We talked a lot about my experiences, so be ready to talk about the same thing many times in a row. They also like good questions so be prepared with questions about the company, the job or even the interviewer. If interviewing for a client facing role, you need to be very outgoing and know how to ask the right questions and try your best to relate yourself to the clients needs.
Overall, my experience has been quite positive with iProspect. Their training and benefits are amazing.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 4 months)
Job Applicants: BEWARE!!!!
My experience with iProspect was a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.
I interviewed for them in the beginning of Q4 2010. I applied online - and received communication through the appropriate channels. The HR lady reached out to me and scheduled interviews.
The process was standard - general phone (round 1) phone interview (round 2) followed by an in-person (round 3) and a final in-person (round 4). Round 3 - the first in person interview took about 4 hours, definitely half my day. The team was cordial enough - the questions were standard. After interviewing, they require you to take an assessment test. Test was appropriate with job description.
After a couple of weeks, I received communication from HR requesting I return for my final in-person interview. I met with the Directors/Team Leads - this process also took roughly 4 hours (prepare to lose half a day). When asked about how quickly they were looking to hire - all answered immediately, one answered "we needed someone like yesterday."
A week passes, with no communication. Keep in mind this is now 2-2.5 months after the initial interview. I was alerted via email by HR that they were reaching final decisions and I should hear from them soon. Another 2-3 weeks pass, and we are now 3-3.5 months into the interview process - after the initial contact.
Finally after 4 months I receive final communication from them (in response to my emails/phones) stating they needed to allocate their funds and would not be hiring. They also told me if I was still interested - I could contact them in 2011 and see their status.
Bottom line = COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I completely understand if I am not the right candidate for their position - they should have told me immediately. Instead - they drag out the process. Ignore my phone calls. Ignore my emails - and finally after 4 months and meeting roughly 10 people, wasting countless hours - they tell me (After I contact them) they are not hiring and that I should contact them the folllowing year!? (SOOOOOOOOO NOT HAPPENING!)
I would also like to note that I have had coworkers interview with this company and it has also gone nowhere. We are led to believe that iProspect is fishing for information on other companies.
BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

Interviewed Jan 2008 (took 1+ week)
I had a total of 7 rounds of interview. The first phone interview was with the HR manager which was just a brief and casual conversation about my background and skills. The 2nd interview was on sight with three Search Marketing Managers and 3rd was with three Search Directors which were all very friendly and lasted 30mins each. I had to do a skills test on SEO,PPC, Powerpoint and Excel skills.

Negotiation Details
There was no room for negotiation. However I was offered the highest end of my expected salary range. I would advice to research the industry salary range for your skill set before you give them a number. They will pay you what you are worth.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 5 days)
The HR team was quite prompt in reviewing my cover letter and resume, and setting up a phone interview. They contacted me the same day I applied, in fact. The phone interview consisted of your normal questions such as why do you want to be in the industry, why you want to work here, strengths and weaknesses.
The in-person interview was with 4 employees, one at a time.
