Interviewed Feb 2012 in Tempe, AZ (took a day)
I received one phone call and a couple of emails as instructions/feedback on the skills test and background check. Compensation was not discussed. When I showed up for what I thought was a face to face interview, I discovered it was actually the first day of training. The first day of training felt more like a high school pep rally, than any actual training class.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Tempe, AZ (took 2 weeks)
I had previously had a job offer from iQor before but without even talking to anybody and not even having an interview, I thought they were a little shady just hiring me on the spot. I kept in contact though with the local hiring manager even while I worked a temp job at a different company and kept being persistent now that I knew the job was real. I kept pushing and pushing for him to hire me again and did talk to the supervisor I was supposed to start with in the beginning. He told me I'd start February 3rd and I haven't heard from him again. Luckily, an HR person in Minnesota took a look at my application online and called me telling me about them starting a new campaign taking calls from Verizon Wireless customers. I felt I did just awful at the interview. I couldn't answer the question about good or bad customer service, I stuttered a bit and hesitated but she said the candidates chosen would get an offer letter in their e-mail within 1-2 days. Sure enough, 1-2 days later, I got an offer letter. I've taken the background check and done the drug test and I'm set to start February 13th for 4 weeks of training (which really seems a bit much...I've heard of companies doing 2 weeks of training but 4 seems a lot) and I'll update from there.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Columbus, OH (took a day)
The initial interview was set up my previous work contact. The interviewer seemed to have just started, Felt unprofessional from the start. Communication sounded too good to be true. Usually when that does then you should look into the reasons. very disorganized in their approach. When at second interview discussing benefits, and was made an offer, it did not seem that first interviewer had even written anything I had answered in first interview. There was repeated questions, and seemed to be very inconsistent.

Reason for Declining
While given a few days to consider offer, did even deeper checking, and discovered so many negatives, and the amount of high turnover and lower salary than expected even with bonuses. Seems that to reach the bonuses you would have to consistently coerce direct reports. Not something I feel compelled to work with.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed May 2009 in Preston, North West England, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
Good contact from the resruiter, but the employer was hard to tie-down. For higher level applications I would have expected better contact.

Interviewed Aug 2008 (took 2+ weeks)
First, posted resume on career builder, then a recruiter calls to ask a few general questions to pre-qualify you for the position. Then, an interview with local branch manager. About 4 weeks later, a job offer upon completing personality assessment, basic skills test, criminal background check.
Advice: this is an entry-level job. Low wage, difficult work environment, decent management.
