I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Mar 2007 (took 2 days)
I contacted their HR department through a friend about a month before they called to talk. I was scheduled to come in for a day after a brief phone chat. Very straightforward technical talk, followed by a session taking apart and then re-assembling a robot on the fly, talking about the various sub components. I was hired the next day, started working the next week.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
There was no negotiation as an intern - the payscale was set ahead of time. Friends that worked as full time engineers were able to negotiate their pay around 5000 higher than the initial offer.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Skills Test.
