IBI interviews are a waste of time. They believe in exhausing the canidiate by having you come back every day of the week to interview with someone new. The drive, where I live is 45 mintues to an hour to get to their office!
Then they want you to do a live presentation, take a written IT test! Come on IBI - a written IT test? I'm interviewing for a sales position.
They've had an opening on the job boards for a position in SJ, CA for a 1.5 years! Why is this? With 15 million unemployed, IBI can't find a qualified canidate!
Avoid this company!
