Interviewed Feb 2012 (took a day)
You fill out an online application which involved various obscure questions such as "whats the theme song to your life?" Then was contacted through email and then invited to a group interview. The interview was very casual with 'popcorn' nature responses to questions and everyone sat on the floor in casual or workout clothes.

Interviewed Apr 2011 (took a day)
The interview process is really easy. It begins with a group interview. If you don't fit their mold, you will not be called back. As simple as that. You could say everything right and if the interviewing manager doesn't think you have the look you will not be hired.

Interviewed Apr 2012 in Los Angeles, CA (took 4+ weeks)
The first interview was a group interview. I interviewed with several stores with different stores asking different questions. However, the consistent questions were "Why do you want to work for Lululemon?" and "What's your favorite way to sweat?" One store asked me to "educate" them on an article of clothing I was wearing. Another store asked us what we knew about the company. Other questions included describing a time we gave or received feedback, who in the area we would partner with to expand the company, and a time we acted WITHOUT integrity. The next interview involved taking a yoga class with some of the employees, and from there you could get a 1:1 interview, which I didn't get.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 3 weeks)
They start with a group interview that is really fun. You bring something to teach the group and others do the same. Then they ask the group questions and each person gets a chance to answer. From there, I was selected for a 1x1 interview with one of the manger's where they asked more specific questions and I got to ask more questions.

Interviewed Apr 2012 (took 3 weeks)
Sent in an online application. Two weeks later I went to the store to inquire in person about the job. They said they had received 80 resumes and that I would be contacted for a group interview eventually. A week after that I got asked to a group interview. 5 people were there and one was already friends with the interviewer and they would occasionally share inside jokes during the interview. I got the impression that I wasn't actually being considered and that the interview was just a technicality before they could hire their friend. I didn't get the job but I bet I know who did :P

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Sherman Oaks, CA (took 4+ weeks)
Interviewed with 3 other applicants and was interviewed by 2 employees for a new store opening. The interview was quite relaxing and casual/ comfortable. I was nervous but regardless I felt as though I answered all questions well. I was really confident about the entire interview and they said they would let us know by the following month. Unfortunately, I received a declination email prior to the date in which they said they'd inform us. I wish I knew what I did wrong as I really want to work for the company. I feel as though distance, as in living distance from the store, may play a role. I live about 30 minutes from the nearest Lululemon and although I'm a punctual person and am always early and never late, I'm not quite sure it matters. I'm a great sales person with a lot of experience and management history, so not being hired for Educator or Key Leader is quite confusing. Hopefully I'll be able to do another interview and eventually get offered a position. This was my 2nd interview, the first was in Calabasas and wasn't as comfortable or inviting as this one was. I was also given the opportunity to interview with Beverly Hills but unfortunately due to a doctors appointment that could not be rescheduled, I couldn't make it and they never replied to my email saying whether or not I'd be given another opportunity to interview.
Lots of questions about what you have to offer as a person, as well as situational questions.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Vancouver, BC (Canada) (took 3 months)
The interview was very casual, very friendly. The questions were all straightforward. I was prepared for landmark talk and a hard & fast interview, but it never came. I think mainly they really want to see if your personality and lifestyle are a fit for the company. Your work experience shows the rest.

Had a group interview, then a one on one. they want you to be active and have a clear set of goals, 1year 5year 10 year. yoga is a huge part of this company. I feel like the employees are very "clicky" and it's somewhat hard to get in with them.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Brentwood, CA (took 3 weeks)
I called to find out if they were hiring and had a brief phone screening, I then attending a group interview the following week. The group interview was very casual, everyone wore lululemon casual clothing. Afterward I was invited to a 1:1 interview with the store manager. The 1:1 interview was casual at a nearby coffee shop, similar dress. About a week later I got a phone call offering me the job!
**Beware of icebreaker questions at the group interview like: What is your favorite yoga pose and can you please show us!
Also see the company website for more interviewing tips and guidelines.
