Manager Interview Questions

“What do you know about our company?”

“I did not feel there were any particular questions during the interview that were out of the ordinary.”

“What products do you think we need?”

“nothing”

“Tell me about a situation where you forgot to do something. What was the task, what action did you take and what was the result?”

“Hiring manager asked what I thought he should be looking for in an ideal candidate. Then asked me to compare by background to that ideal.”

“there were no unexpected questions”

“none”

“One of the Recruiters asked me if I could identify some of my goals for the next few years. I was kind of thrown off, no one has ever asked me that question.”
