What would you do if another associate in the store asked you to do something that you felt was unsafe or against TJX's code of conduct?

I would do two things, a) find a way to fix the issue/help my coworker in a manner that is safe, and in line with TJX's ules, regulations and code of conduct and b) let a manager or superior know about the issue, they may not realize that insufficient training could have caused another employee to harm themselves or others. I would also ask for advice on how to safely resolve the issue. Less
