Interview consisted of the hiring manager, another store manger, district manger, and district HR manager.

Interview Details – Applied at Ntelos website. Received call from HR. Conducted phone interview. Received call from store manager a few days later. Went to panel interview. Recerived offer a few days later. Came in and did a swab drug test day of orientation.

I applied in-person and the process took 2 months - interviewed at nTelos in February 2011.
Interview Details – I was given a call as to where to go for the interview, brief back ground of the company and its history , salary per hour, and then commission and bonus information, Q and A regarding my likes dislikes and work history, expectations of the job and upper management was stressed over and over, I began to feel very uncomfortable and had never been this stressed over an interview. I left the interview and was given the next day to decide if I wanted the job, I had interviewed with another competitor also and decided to go to work for them, I was offered much more money and less job sales Quotas and responsibilities.
Reason for Declining – met some of the workers at a location , they seemed dazed, glassy eyed, they spoke and tried to smile when introduced, but it seemed as they were very distressed or scared to really interact with me, not a good vibe, seemed as they were being watched at all times while with their clients.
