I had a week to prepare for the interview and it was a classic 1:1 interview with questions like:
- Why did you choose our company?
- Why should we choose you?
- Tell me about your previous experiences.

I was invited for a interview at Keele over a formal letter. The interview lasted about 2 hours. First stage is a group interview where we were shown a video and asked to fill series of questions. we were then asked to discuss our answers. The next stage was a group presentation and finally one to one. It was along process how ever you must be confident within the group and make sure you speak and get your point across.
The one to interview involved the questions such as . what makes a good teacher, what are the qualities you think you have to give to young children

I applied online, via the phones4u website on the 1st of June. I recieved a telephone call on the 3rd of June from a member of the recruitment team , she asked if possible would i be able to do a telephone interview there and then. Obviously i was a bit unprepared but it was absolutley grand. As long as your confident its pretty easy to chat your way through it. The majority of the questions were based around sales targets, incentives, how you keep yourself motivated etc. At the end of the phone call , the lady told me she was putting me through to the one to one interview stage and that she would call within a week with an interview date. Thankfully enough she called the very next day and informed me the interview would take place on the 6th! So a very quick process!! I have my interview tomorrow, wish me luck!
