Interviewed Sep 2009 in New York, NY (took 3 days)
Phone Screen consists on basic questions about good design practices in OOP, Multithreading, Text Parsing and Processing and Databases.
In person consists of them giving you a pretty big application to build in one hour . Generally consists of Multithreaded real time application involving text processing and use of design patterns.
You should be in constant tough with programming otherwise its hard to complete in 1 hr.
