A lot of case groups and a pair exercices. Clearly, you need to always go with the flow of the group, disagreement in a pair will fail you. I got "a pass" when i did, got a "fail" when i did not.
 Be straight to the point, they are not keen on "Corporate-language", also more generally people working there have a really different background, TUI is not a "suit-business-school-graduate type of company" Example:
Assessor: Would you fire her?
Me: I would suggest to consider requalifying her position to something more appropriate
Feedback: "candidate did not seem comfortable with laying off people" !
