my answer was to use a linkedlist with two fields one field contains the name and other contains the phone number...and the input should be checked to know whether the input consists of only characters or numbers to distinguish between phone number and name

suppose you give phone number of an employee .. you have to get his name and viceversa.... either phone number or name can be given as input...its ur job to distinguish which has been given as input and find the required result
