Interviewed Feb 2011 in San Marcos, TX (took 5 days)
First you must submit an online application. It consists of about 50 questions about internet and all things surrounding it. Then you will get a phone call if you make above a 70 on the online test. The phone call will consist of setting up your in person interview and a few pop questions they throw at you at the end. These are a little more detailed so you might want to brush up on internet knowledge before answering. Next you go in for an in person interview and you immediately take a timed typing test. If you pass that you will meet for an interview. This was very basic. Tell me about yourself, describe what being successful is, etc.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Austin, TX (took 2 days)
You are given an overview on the requirements, and a timed multiple choice skills test which is rather easy and permits the use of a search engine.
The Work at Home position requires an interview via Skype with a webcam that includes some awkward corporate questions you probably won't be prepared for.
Interviews conducted for working in person are likely easier.

Interviewed Feb 2008 (took 3 days)
Applied on a Friday night and got a call the next Monday. I was asked a few questions over the phone and told to show up the next day for a 1:1 interview. Interviewer asked a couple of questions and gave me a test that identified my computer skills. Offered the job on the spot

Interviewed Apr 2008 in San Marcos, TX (took 2 days)
You have to fill out an online questionnaire and if you seem capable they will call you for an interview. During this interview they will ask you to take a written exam about what you know to determine if you are capable. They will then call you back pretty quick if you got the job.
