Obviously, you don't want to say that it's a bad move... (but I thought it was bad!). Use your own research of what the company stands for to base your judgement on why you think this program doesn't seem to fit the company's direction. don't make it a personal judgement but show that you've done your research and you have the ability to do your own analysis.
