Interview Question for Grocery Clerk at Fred Meyer Stores:

this question can be answere many effective ways,... but i always answere this question the same way,.. and i have never left with out an offer for a position from any interview,..

i answere,.. with a little emotion in my voice,..
"well sir(managesr like being called sir) every one you choose to interview for this possition wants this job for many reasons,.. but i not only want this job but need it,.. not only is being late,. or working under any less then the highest quality i can, against my moral ethicks,.. but i cant aford to,..(reassuring them in the most effectiv of ways that you will never be late,.. or slack off) say things in life that you need but cant afford without this job,but dont get to sappy or personal,.. maybe your going back to college,..and have to pay for it on your own,. or are going to college already and need more money,..
then to lift the conversation a little bit add that your experience,.. or if you have no experience that your work ethic,.. makes you an excelent choice for the possition,.. then finish on explaining your commitment to the company,.. manager do not like hireing and training new employies,. so add that you plan on sticking with the company for at the verry least 2 years,.. even if its a lie,.

practice an answere that workes for your situation,.. and use that guidline and you will leave every manager ,if done corectly, stuned after your answer,.. wanting to hire you for you commitment,.. experience,..work ethic,.. and simply becuz your taking this job with a responsible intent to improve your future and your way of life,..thie thought that giving you the job will help you through college, or finish college will pull on his moral strings and will make him want to help you,..
i have been praying on peoples morral compasses for years to get jobs and promotions for years,. if you can grasp this concept,.. youll get the job cuz of this one question alone.
