An ideal integrator continuously sums the input voltage. Assuming the usual zero-mean gaussian noise is the input referred waveform, the sum over all time is zero (because the mean is zero). Infinite might be a correct answer for a differentiator, if the input noise is considered to have infinite bandwidth.
