Interview Question for Technical Support Representative I at EchoStar:

I felt this was more of a trick question, as soon as I mentioned soemthing about recieving feedback from those above me my interviewer immediatly marked me down. This of course I knew I was walking into a trap when I said it, but I wanted to know if many of the comments from this and other sites about managemnt, were in fact true.
