The environment is pretty relaxed. The majority of the people are friendly. The work that they have you do is depending the floor your on. Most interns just do basic clerical work. Great Pay.
The downside is they throw you in random departments. Nothing relating to your major or anything like that. Depending on the department you may have a ton of work or none at all.
Advice to Management
Make sure to prep before you receive interns. Having to wait around for two weeks for a "Project" is a total time waster.
