Close to a main highway and soon the RTD light rail will be running therefore, easy access.Cons
They were offering a M-F position over the phone; however, during interview they were not able to provide a final and set schedule. The schedule changed constantly without previous notice.
Management has 0 direction and very minimal supervisory/management experience. Favoritism is all over the place and they did not value your skills.
Environment was a little scary. They claim that the building is secured; however, people come and go without supervision.
Pay was very low and they claim to have bilingual differential however it was minimal!Advice to ManagementAdvice
Hire professional and experienced management resources for the scheduling and for the call center department. They will attract more people if they define their scheduling needs more accurately.
