    -Staff and coworkers
    -Guest and clients when you get to see your regulars
    -Opportunity to advance (if they like you)
    -Free gym membership
    -Flexible Schedule


    -Pay is miserable
    -You can see that if you're not liked or in the click, that those people get ousted.
    -Monthly goals are RIDICULOUS!
    -Really pushy with supplements and sales, its discretionary spending.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Offer more incentive like commission that used to be earned for certain tasks, or a points system like many large corporations have set up. Back off on the pushing of retail, people don't like to be forced products.
