I worked at 3 Day Blinds full-time
I have nothing good to say about working for their Customer Care Department, except that it gave me the perspective that I need to truly appreciate my employment with my current employer.
Management was a joke. Leads bullied reps that they didn't like because that's the attitude that trickled down from our manager, who was frequently, blessedly absent. If I fail morally in life and get sent to the punishment-driven afterlife (Hell, for example), it will be an eternity of working closely with my old manager. People who leave 3DB celebrate that anniversary annually for good reason.
Advice to Management
Take a look at employee engagement through an outside vendor survey. Correct toxic management practices and fire the people who perpetuate them. Enjoy the lawsuits if you don't.
