    I have been working at 314e full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Chill environment and they'll hire anyone that wants to do recruiting or seems like they will be there for a while

    Cons

    It's sad because when you need help or when you're behind, they just frown upon you. It's not just management that picks favorites too cause you can see it within the team itself. People might know you need help but they dont do anything

    Advice to Management

    You guys should check in and communicate more with your team rather than in forced meetings or maybe have more outings
