The most disorganized, unstructured place I have ever been exposed to.

    • Comp & Benefits
    • Work/Life Balance
    • Senior Management
    • Culture & Values
    • Career Opportunities

The $.20 drinks and free fruit are the silver lining here. The health benefits start 30days after hire. The break area has a ping pong table.

The CEO and executive team are in constant battle for who's the smartest. There is zero structure and therefore very little execution on anything meaningful that would actually make the company revenue. Forget about ever really making variable comp. The failed goal structure and lack of direction means this company rarely hits it's revenue goal.

This is a training company that fails to provide training to its staff. Career growth and advancement is based on the CEO and Executive team's personal preferences. Amazing talent walks through the door and then is set up for failure due to the CEO's mentality that people should be able to just figure it out. (Literally no training or development).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you would step out of your offices and actually talk to the staff, you would find hard working and incredibly talent team members that are starving for one of you to see their worth.
