    I worked at 360training full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Reasonable pay and benefits. The opportunity to try new things because of the entrepreneurial style of this organization. When I worked here, I was the top seller across all verticals the 12 month period before I left. $ 1 million dollar range. My earnings were < $70k total compensation. Decent living but not a lot per sales volume.

    Cons

Low morale is contagious in this open cube environment. This is a persistent problem according to current contacts within the company, some at the executive level. In a good sales environment with strong mid-managers, the CEO listens and yields on some matters. I think the company has remained stagnant for several years because that dynamic isn't present. Indeed there is a very high churn among employees - often talented ones. The irrational exuberance of a few posts here indicate an attempt to boost the company's ratings. "MONKEYS COULD SELL THIS," the CEO once said to several top sales people. Take what you will from that.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To the CEO, you are the CEO but you would be more successful and earn more money if you had an "abundance of council", as Solomon once said.
