    Pros

Some people are nice and cordial. Some bosses are flexible because they know they have to make up for the low pay. The parent company is robust. This subsidiary is a dud.

    Cons

Low pay, ok benefits. Uneven workload. Management styles encourage people to not work hard. They pay low wages so they let you slack...or know they can't force you to work harder. There is no incentive to work hard for this company because there is no prospect of moving higher. You either like the work and keep doing it or quit after few years.

Management is clueless and spineless, can't advice the CEO worth a dime. The different business units silently battle each other. They made the employee filled out an anonymous survey and then went to the team with the lowest response and demand answers.

There's a lot of old timers working there, which make you think it's a good company. But, it's not. Those that stayed either has no other prospect or is content with the low pay, low responsibility work.

They keep saying they want to expand, but management has no clue. The CEO has no vision.

    Advice to Management

Take responsibility. Get rid of dead weight. Pay more to get quality employees. Pay recently hired employees more so they want to stay. Make changes that the employees want. Be inspiring.
