I worked at 84 Lumber full-time (more than an year)

You learn everything about framing, sheathing, doors/windows, roofing, garages, pole barns, blueprints, etc. The knowledge is on a college level. Even business training is relatively high.

There seems to not be enough intelligence in the higher levels of management, almost none of them even have college degrees. For such an elite market and awesome position to be a company, why run it with as much intelligence as possible?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Open up to academics and seek higher educated people for area managers and above, or even store managers for that matter. The benefits that could be reaped are almost infinite.
