    Pros

    I love the people I work with! Everyone is so nice and helpful. It is a great place to grow and learn the ropes of merchandising.

    Cons

    The company could use a training program to help employees ease into their roles. Also, the company's financial standing isn't strong.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Train and develop entry level employees and assistants when they first get there to gain leadership and analytic skill. Also, a rotation program should be in place where each employee spends time in each department so that everyone has an understanding of how the company functions and why it is important to know about each role.
