Current Employee - Floral Designer in Plainville, CT

I have been working at A.C. Moore full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You have a friendly staff to work with, at times you will get the opportunity to do arts and crafts if it is something you are interested in but you do not need to know how to do arts and crafts to work there. As for this position you will do arts and crafts and floral arrangements a lot and will most likely be the only one that knows how to do them. It is very easy to grow within the company if you are passionate.

    Cons

The pay is very, very low. Minimum wage is not OK for all the responsibility you will have.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management is great but they need to communicate more with each employee individually and not as a general group to enhance the customer experience.
