    I have been working at A&A Consultants


    The benefits are good in comparison to other companies in the industry. There are opportunities to obtain certifications through this company. The jobs are very independent and rely on expertise and skill of individual personnel.


    There is no room for advancement within the company. It could be more professional. There is too much involvement of business and personal that influences the management. The management is not objective and does not recognize the reputable employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management needs to stop giving chances and holding on to the dead weight of the personnel who do not perform their jobs professionally or accurately. There is too much laziness that is tolerated, which is frustrating for the good employees.
