I have been working at A'gaci part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - decent pay
    - good way to exercise communication skills
    - nice discount of 41%

    Cons

    HA ! WHERE DO I BEGIN !

    - cocky managers
    - 10-15 minute breaks? Sorry full time or part tome we deserve a lunch !
    - Co-workers stealing sales
    - Sales goals? Who made up that idea....big mistake !
    - Gossip, competition, cocky girls...its high school all over again !
    - bad closing hours....i guess being a girl walking home alone after 11pm on these Chicago streets is just fine with everybody....don;t worry I'll invite to my funeral when something actually does go wrong.
    - Fix the dress code. They are trying to dress us like old ladies when we are all ages 18-25

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn how to appreciate your employees and stop being cocky.
Address manners in a professional way not like a high school popular girl trying to bully the little people.
    Be more considerate.
