    Pros

Great benefits. Good front-line management. Excellent work conditions and competent engineers.

    Cons

The automotive battery business for all-electrics is not as hot as it was thought. There have been a lot of layoffs and very likely more to come.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More realistic expectations of the market. They started very strong but a bit too strong. This led to layoffs and work stoppages when business dropped.
