I have been working at AAMC full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great benefits...at a price. The compensation is mainly in the benefits. Remember you can survive on benefits alone.

    Cons

Not a good place to be everyday. Culture is awful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is a truly a culture of mental warfare. It is truly an environment of the have and have not. Clicks truly exist here. Very disappointing to have to work amongst people that are fifty years behind in progress. The company is so full of fluff and will exile anyone that points this crazy out.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
