    Pros

    Some co-workers are nice.

    Cons

Some of the people are genuinely nice but I found not one person to be trusted and it always seemed like someone was stabbing another in the back if the opportunity presented itself. Zero chance for advancement. Absolutely zero. Many family members and/or friends of the family work there and get paid a ridiculous amount of money for doing next to nothing. The "world class" company is all hype and does not live up to world class standards or accommodations.
The HR department is a joke. The treatment of employees is absolutely terrible at times which explains the high turn-over rate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to learn not to bully or harass your employees. Learn to treat them with respect. You can see through the fake smiles and pretending to be nice as actions speak louder than words. Stop playing favoritism.
